TerraSoft™ is a blend of micronutrients, wetting agents, penetrants and chelating agents. This product contains chelates of 0.05% copper, 0.1% iron, 0.06% manganese and 0.06% zinc. This formula has been particularly useful in compacted and tight soils.

TerraSoft™ has been designed to penetrate soil rapidly. It also changes surface tension of soil particles. Ammonium laureth sulfate, a major component of TerraSoft™, in combination with other wetting agents, allows for adsorption to soil particles of this product. This in turn, allows for better water and nutrient infiltration in the soil.

The application rate for TerraSoft™ is 8 ounces per acre, which equals 1 gallon per 16 acres. Clay or more compacted soils may need up to 12 ounces per acre. Clay or more compacted soils may need yearly applications. Dilute in sufficient water to ensure coverage of treated area. TerraSoft™ is compatible with fertilizers and most preplant and preemergent pesticides.

Evenly apply TerraSoft™ to the entire area requiring treatment. Normal application requirements of 8 ounces of TerraSoft™ per acre. The preferred time for application of TerraSoft™ is in the spring prior to planting. Some soils respond to a fall application. TerraSoft™ can be applied on growing crops but the greatest benefit is recognized by direct contact with the soil.

Step 1

Clean tank well.

Step 2

Fill clean tank with clean water, leaving room for TerraSoft™. Most users apply the tank mix at a 10-gallon per acre rate.

Step 3

Add TerraSoft™ to the tank, at a rate of 8 ounces per acre, just prior to beginning application.

Step 4

Broadcast apply to the area of need. In furrow application can be done. Dribble the mixture into the furrow at planting. 2 X 2 or 1 X 1 placement by the furrow is another option. Do not mix TerraSoftTM with chemicals that are known to have a harmful effect on seedlings.

Notes

Use of an anti-foam agent may be necessary to reduce foaming. Anti-foam agent is supplied with your TerraSoft™.
